Liam

Liam is amazing! We waited a long time for this little guy and boy was he worth the wait! Born in March of 2011 he has changed our lives and we have never been so happy. We were blessed enough to be able to be at the hospital when Liam was born. In the nursury he didn't even cry. He was too busy looking around, checking everything out. Now that he is almost 2 he is the same. He is still taking everything in. You have to be careful around him because he doesn't miss anything! Liam has always been a "man's man" and loves hanging out with other guys. Trucks, cars and trucks are his favorite! The Disney movie "Cars" is also a favorite right now. But he really likes the movie "Babe" too. He does have a very sweet side to him as well. When he gives us hugs, he pats us on the back. So sweet! We try not to watch too much TV, though, and make time for our daily outside adventures. Playing in the back yard with our 2 dogs, going for a walk around our little rural town, or playing on the big dirt pile across the street are always lots of fun. I have big dreams of getting him a pony next year as long as everythings goes as planned this winter. Liam loves playing with other kids and has started pointing at babies and saying, "I want one!" We can't wait for Liam to have a little brother or sister. He will be such a great older brother! We have loved having an open adoption with his birth mother. We consider ourselves so very blessed to have the privilege of buildling our family through adoption.
